Enterprise AI for small & medium business

Enterprise-grade AI,
without the enterprise price.

Minervit connects small and midsize teams to AI that actually fits — and builds the tools when none exist. The capability big companies pay a fortune for, priced for the rest of us.

Our framework, Tautline, is open source today. Our first product, Finch, is nearing public beta.

What we do

Two ways we put AI to work for you.

Most small businesses don't need more software. They need the right software, set up properly — or built from scratch when nothing fits.

01 / Connect

We match you to AI that fits.

Skip the demos and the buzzwords. We learn how your business actually runs, then connect you to the tools worth your time — set up, tuned, and explained in plain language.

Support, bookkeeping, admin, scheduling, marketing, knowledge — set up and tuned for how you run. For independent retailers, local service teams, clinics, and growing e-commerce.

Set up & tuned for you
02 / Build

We build what's missing.

When the right tool doesn't exist, we make it. Minervit designs and ships AI products for the everyday work small businesses do — like Finch, our delivery-health radar.

Built for small software teams, studios, and agencies — the SMBs of software. Tautline, our governor for AI coding agents, is open source today.

How it works

One simple loop, running quietly behind everything we build.

Analyze, recommend, improve — on repeat. It's the engine inside Finch, and the engine we point at every new problem.

01 — Analyze

We read the signals you don't have time to.

Finch connects read-only to the tools your team already uses and builds a continuous, honest picture — no manual reporting, no dashboards to maintain.

Finch Delivery Radar
Public beta — coming soon

See your delivery the way a VP would.

For small software teams, studios, and agencies — the SMBs of software. Finch connects to the tools a team already uses and turns the noise into plain-language health signals — nudging you only when something actually needs a human.

  • Plain-language health signals for every project
  • A nudge when something drifts — silence when it doesn't
  • Works with the tools your team already uses
  • Set up in an afternoon, not a quarter

Tautline — the Minervit framework, in the open.

The governor for AI coding agents. Tautline stops agents from claiming false completion, skipping review gates, or shipping half-done work — with machine-checked enforcement, not prompt suggestions.

Others advise. Tautline enforces — it's the rigging, the lines that hold everything taut.

  • Agents can't fake “done” — a completion claim without a green gate is blocked at the point of action, not caught later in review.
  • Zero telemetry by design — nothing phones home. Evidence stays as local logs in your own repo.
  • MIT licensed with a SHA-pinned supply chain — trivial to audit, and an upstream change can't silently alter what runs on your machine.

Where this goes

The bigger idea.

The engine behind Finch — Analyze, Recommend, Improve — isn't really about software delivery. It's a way to turn the noise of any part of a business into a plain-language signal, and a nudge when it matters.

Finch is the first radar — software delivery. The same harness could one day point at support queues, the books, operations, the shop floor. Where each one lands, and when, is something we're still working out in the open.

“Finch is the first bird. More will follow.”

Support radar

Read the shape of a support queue — what's drifting, what's about to boil over — before a customer tells you.

Finance & ops radar

Turn the books and operations into a weekly read of health — with a nudge when a number starts to wander.

Other industries

Retail, healthcare, field service — anywhere a leader is flying blind on the day-to-day, the same engine could fit.

Our approach

We're allergic to hype.

AI shouldn't need a translator, a six-figure budget, or a leap of faith. Four ways we keep it honest.

01

Start small, like everything good.

We begin with one real problem and prove it pays off before we ever talk about scale.

02

The best tool disappears.

Good AI works quietly in the background — not another dashboard you have to babysit.

03

Plain language, always.

No jargon, no black boxes. If we can't explain it simply, we won't sell it to you.

04

Your data stays yours.

We design for privacy first. Your business knowledge never becomes someone else's training set.

Affordable by design

Enterprise-grade, at a small-business price.

Affordability isn't a discount we run — it's how we build. No six-figure minimums, no leap of faith.

Priced for SMB budgets from day one.

No six-figure minimums and no enterprise sales dance — real pricing for real small businesses.

No minimums

Pilot first, commit later.

You see value in weeks before any bigger commitment. If it doesn't pay off, you walk away.

Weeks, not quarters

Tautline is free, forever.

Our framework is open source and MIT licensed — free to use, audit, and vendor, for good.

What good looks like

The outcomes we're building toward.

These three are design targets — what we believe good delivery health can unlock for a small team, and what we're working toward with early partners.

−1 wk
Cycle time

Catch a review bottleneck early, and a release that used to slip can land on time — the kind of week a small team feels.

1
Source of truth

One honest read of delivery health a non-technical founder can actually understand — instead of three dashboards nobody trusts.

Surprises at standup

A nudge the moment something drifts means fewer Friday fire-drills — and problems you hear about while they're still small.

Where we are

Where we actually are.

One page, one honest ledger. Here is exactly what's shipped, what's in beta, and what's still just an idea — so you don't have to read between the lines anywhere else.

Getting started

From first call to lasting habit.

Egg, hatch, fledge — a small, honest path that proves value before it asks for trust.

01 · The egg

We talk.

A short, no-pressure conversation about your business and where time leaks away. You leave with a clear read — even if it's "not yet."

02 · The hatch

We pilot.

We stand up one small, real solution and put it in front of you. You see value in weeks, not quarters.

03 · The fledge

You grow.

What works, we expand. What doesn't, we drop. AI becomes a quiet habit your business runs on.

Let's begin

Curious what AI could do for your business?

No pitch deck, no pressure. Just a conversation about what's possible — and what's not worth your time yet.
